It would be hard to pick a favorite line, but I think I'd pick  "What is a weekend".

Her delivery is priceless.  I've wondered how often lines like that are her idea or come directly from a script. They're so....Maggie.

I loved the swivel chair line.  "Why does every day involve a fight with an American?" LOL

I'd forgotten about that one.  That is the best one.

That was tremendous.

My thought process when watching that video went exactly like the Genie/Oso convo.  I'm thinking "What is a weekend" was her best line and how badly I want to get that printed on a t-shirt.  Then a split second later, I decide, "No.  The every day involving a fight with an American" had to be her best.  Knew the "Italian" line was going to be on there too  signxx06

Maggie Smith is the best.

Maggie Smith is the best.

She most certainly is.

When you get around to watching Jane Eyre 2006 version (the best in my opinion), you'll see her son at his best.

This was a lot of fun.

Maggie'as character does get the best lines.

Some how, I seem to think she writes many of them.  They are so Maggie.
